COMMENCEMENT MAP

Tickets are required for the ceremony for anyone over the age of two. Your graduate is the only one who can claim tickets for the ceremony. Graduates will be given access to Tassel to claim tickets (beginning in March for Spring ceremonies and October for Fall ceremonies).

There is no fee for parking on campus on commencement days.

A livestream will be available on the Mines YouTube channel

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted in Lockridge Arena:

  • Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, tobacco products or other illegal substances.
  • Animals with the exception of service animals.
  • Artificial noisemakers.
  • Bags larger than 12″x6″x12″.
  • Coolers
  • Firearms or weapons.
  • Fireworks, drones and laser pointers.
  • Outside food and beverage.
  • Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods and flag poles.
  • Strollers in seating areas.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Wheel conveyance apparatus (skateboards, bicycles, etc.)
  • Large signs (larger than 8.5″x11″), balloons, or other objects that impede sightlines of other guests.

Please note that a graduate’s attendance at a commencement ceremony does not guarantee their degree has been granted. All degree requirements must be met and verified before diplomas are printed.
